Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you don't agree with them do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the Loon Cartoons website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. We will always endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website but this cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs. We will do our best to ensure this is for the shortest time possible.

Your Shopping Account

When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.

When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details to be removed. Loon Cartoons reserves the right to alter prices, edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you and you will be notified immediately.

Our Contract (Order)

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query.

When placing an order to to purchase goods from Loon Cartoons you will be sent an e mail confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Loon Cartoons will only take place once the order has been accepted.

Pricing

All products offered for sale by Loon Cartoons are priced in pounds sterling. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products may appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT to UK and EU customers, and the gross price for non EU customers.

Availability

We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products. Occasionally, however, an item will be out of stock and if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. In the event of a back order you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Payment

We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Payment is accepted through CardSave by credit or debit cards. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

Customs

Goods ordered from Loon Cartoons for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you. We have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes. These will be notified to you at the time of ordering.
